Position: Security Guard
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: Security Supervisor / Facility Manager
Experience Required: 1-3 years (preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure safety and security of personnel, guests, premises, and property.
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons.
Prevent unauthorized access and report irregularities such as security breaches, theft, or property damage.
Patrol assigned areas regularly to maintain order and establish a secure environment.
Assist during emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, or evacuation drills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor surveillance equipment (CCTV), alarms, and access control systems.
Conduct physical checks of gates, doors, and windows to ensure security.
Maintain visitor registers and issue gate passes where applicable.
Respond to security alarms and investigate disturbances immediately.
Assist in controlling traffic and parking in and around the premises.
Escort staff or guests when required, especially in high-risk situations.
Report daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Enforce company rules and regulations to ensure a disciplined environment.
