Sitra Healthcare For Life (A Unit Of Sitra Biotech Pvt. Ltd.) is seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team in New Delhi, Delhi. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our healthcare facility. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring the premises, ensuring the safety of staff and visitors, and preventing unauthorized access. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and the ability to handle security-related situations effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of Sitra Healthcare For Life.
• Control access to the facility by checking the identification of visitors and staff.
• Respond to security alarms and incidents promptly and effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections of the building, including security checkpoints and emergency exits.
• Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas and report any suspicious activity.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of daily activities and incidents.
• Assist in emergency evacuations and provide first aid if needed.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as required.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors while ensuring security protocols are followed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements:
• 10th Pass or equivalent educational qualification.
• Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle security-related situations calmly and professionally.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with people effectively.
• Ability to work in shifts and be available for emergencies.
• Physical fitness and capability to perform security duties effectively.
• Basic knowledge of safety and security protocols.
