Job Description
We are currently actively recruiting for full-time and part-time Mobile Security Guards to patrol a Plaza in Brampton. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals considering a career in law enforcement to gain leadership experience. We also also provide Supervisor letters.
Employees will be expected to attend the site in Brampton, patrol on foot, and may use their vehicle to stay between foot patrols.
Shift Timings:
Friday to Sunday, 2000h - 0600h (30 hours/week)
Requirements:
Valid Ontario Security Guard License
Valid Ontario G2 or G Class License
Valid First Aid/CPR Level C + AED
At least 1 year experience in security
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Complete walking patrols of site
Enforcing the Trespass to Property Act when necessary
Responding to, assessing and documenting any security infractions
Fielding calls to determine when to contact upper management for assistance
Contacting and interacting with Police and emergency Services (when required)
Incident report writing
Parking enforcement on private property (towing unauthorized vehicles)
Various request from office management as necessary
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Strong interpersonal skills
Leadership skills
Problem-solving ability
Ability and willingness to follow policies and procedures
Sound judgment, and ability to Assess and react to various scenarios/incidents
Clearly communicate both verbally and written
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.75-$18.75 per hour

Experience:
security: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Ontario Security Guard License (required)
