• Assist in training new security staff on protocols and procedures, promoting a cohesive team.
• Participate in emergency drills and safety training programs organized by Sentinels Security.
Requirements:
• Must have completed at least 10th grade.
• 1-2 years of experience in a security or related role is essential for this position.
• Strong observational and reporting skills are crucial for effective security management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are required for interaction with clients.
• A valid security license (if applicable) is preferred.
