Job Description
MNC Jobs Info is seeking vigilant, disciplined, and physically fit Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of our residential and commercial clients. As a key member of our protection team, you will be responsible for patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance systems, managing visitor entries, and responding to security threats with professionalism and promptness. This role is ideal for individuals who are attentive, reliable, and able to work independently during long shifts.
Key Responsibilities
•
Monitor and control entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and visitors.
•
Conduct regular patrols of assigned properties (residential buildings, commercial offices, parking areas, etc.).
•
Report suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards.
•
Maintain a high visibility presence to deter potential threats or criminal activity.
•
Operate security equipment such as CCTV systems, alarms, and access control devices.
•
Respond quickly to alarms and emergency situations in a calm and effective manner.
•
Keep accurate records and write detailed incident reports as needed.
•
Coordinate with emergency services when required.
•
Follow post-specific instructions and uphold all company and site-specific policies.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
•
Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.
•
Strong physical condition with the ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
•
Good communication skills in Hindi or English.
•
Basic understanding of safety and emergency protocols.
•
Must be honest, responsible, and punctual.
• Experience
•
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
•
Prior experience in security services, army, or police will be considered an advantage.
• Working Hours
•
12-hour shift: Day or Night.
•
Rotational shifts and weekly offs will be scheduled accordingly.
•
Full-time positions available.
