Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance and loss prevention, ensuring that all security protocols are followed effectively.
Duties
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities.
Conduct regular inspections of premises and property to ensure safety compliance.
Respond promptly to emergency situations, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients, employees, and visitors.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents or irregularities observed during shifts.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the facility.
Skills
Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
Familiarity with law enforcement procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
