Introduction:
We are seeking people with customer service skills to joinour Security team, for the Elbow River Casino. You will be responsible forproviding excellent customer service, while ensuring safety, security, andmaintaining a fun atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities:
· Supervise and oversee thesecurity operations of the casino
· Implementing, coaching, and when deemed necessary to take disciplinary actionsregarding Elbow River Casino’s Policies & Procedures, and SecurityProtocols.
· Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerability and recommendimprovements.
· Providing exceptional customer service and people skills
· Responding to emergencies or disturbances in the building
· Maintain accurate reports (shiftily, and for any incidents that you mayencounter during your shift)
· Handle customer complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism
· Train and educatesecurity staff on proper procedures and protocols
· Investigate incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities and prepare detailedreports
. · Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
· AGLC Gaming License
· Security Guard License
· Criminal Background Check

· AGLC Anti-Money Laundering Certification Course
· AGLC Responsible Gambling phase 1
· AGLC Responsible Gambling phase 2
Salary
$18.00 per hour
