Exciting opportunity! Haztech is seeking qualified Security Guards to join us on a contract basis during the wildfire season in Saskatchewan. If you’re a licensed security professional looking for a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you!
Position Overview:
As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at various remote locations.
What You’ll Do:
Regulate and control entry to restricted areas
Patrol base camp
Respond to security concerns and de-escalate situations as needed
Ensure the safety and security of personnel and property
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
What You’ll Bring:
Completion of 40-hour Sask Justice Security Guard Training Course (Required)
Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License
Ability to obtain criminal record clearance
First Aid/CPR certification (Preferred)
Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
Ability to work independently and remain composed under pressure
