ESS is the market leading support services division of Compass Group, partnering with major companies throughout the oil and gas, mining and construction, and defence sectors. Due to anticipated growth throughout NSW, we are looking for experienced Security Guards and Security Supervisors, across a number of projects throughout the region.You will be responsible for the provision of effective and responsive security services across our villages. You will be interacting with clients, residents, visitors, staff and contractors on a daily basis. As such, you will be a confident communicator and able to respond to queries in a professional manner.The Positions- Ensure site integrity and safety- Site access control for people and vehicles- Mobile security checks of site perimeter, camp and laydown areas- Maintain daily security logs- Emergency response and incident control- Crowd control for bar and tavern areasThe Person- Demonstrable Security and / or Supervisory experience- Minimum qualification of ASQA Cert III Security operations.- Hold a valid NSW Security Officers license class 1A and 1C- RSA: Responsible service of ******* qualificationEmployee BenefitsYou will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
