b': Suraj School Sector 56 is seeking highly professional, muscular, and attentive Security Guards to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our school premises, students, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities:
• Patrol assigned areas to ensure the security and safety of the school premises.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms to detect and respond to security threats.
• Control access points and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and grounds to identify and address security risks.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as medical incidents, accidents, or security breaches.
• Maintain accurate records of security-related incidents and activities.
• Collaborate with school administration and law enforcement agencies as needed.
• Provide assistance and support to students, staff, and visitors as required.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Security Guard or similar role.
• Strong physical fitness and muscular physique.
• Excellent observation and surveillance skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Security Guard license or certification is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior experience in educational institutions or similar settings is an advantage.
