Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement company-wide security policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure protection of people, property, and assets.
Supervise and manage security staff and outsourced agencies.
Oversee CCTV, access control, and surveillance systems.
Handle incident response, investigations, and emergency situations.
Liaise with police, fire, and local authorities on security matters.
Ensure compliance with statutory and company safety norms.
Train employees and security teams on safety and vigilance.
Prepare security budgets and reports for management.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 10-20 years of experience in industrial, corporate, or facility security management.
Background in Defence / Paramilitary / Law Enforcement preferred.
Strong leadership, crisis management, and communication skills.
Knowledge of modern security systems, fire safety, and emergency response protocols.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with electronic security tools.
