Job Summary
As a Security In- Charge with Kalasagar Hotel you will be responsible for: Supervising a team of Security Personnel. Should be familiar with overall premises. Regularly patrol and spot-check premises. They’re responsible for monitoring security protocols and ensuring policies are followed correctly.
Duties and Responsibilities
Organizing and managing the security personnel in a structure or specific region.
Overseeing the team of security personnel to ensure every security guideline, procedure, and policy is being followed.
Performing routine inspections in the premises.
Monitoring activities on security camera video monitors.
Ensuring that the premises is kept neat & clean.
Ensure that the security guards have the right values and approach towards their duties and they are in proper uniform, neat and clean.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Qualification : 10th , 12th pass.
Skills :
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
Experience:- 2-3 yrs.
