Management Level : 11 Work Experience : 2.5-4 years Work location : Pune Must Have Skills : Good To Have Skills : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1 Understand client industry for emerging threat landscape 2 Participate in business development activities (including responses to RFP/I/Q) 3 Managing security strategy development and defining roadmap in alignment with client business objectives 4 Identify improvement opportunities to enhance/optimize security, decrease costs and increase client value 5 Translate client requirements into solutions, leverage SMEs and solution architects from different groups/entities and create a comprehensive solution 6 Engage in client discussions/presentations delivering walkthroughs of proposed customized solutions 7 Develop strong client relationships, and shape win themes for our clients 8 Conduct regular checkpoints with internal delivery teams, report ongoing project status to senior leadership and proactively raise potential issues and risks + Should involve in setting strategic direction to establish all terms goals for area(s) of responsibility. Technical Experience : 1 At least 5 years of experience in Cyber Security Projects covering Cyber Security Consulting, Cyber Threat ,Cyber Forensic Management.2Knowledge of Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.3 Knowledge of SIEM, Cloud Access Security Broker, Data Leakage Prevention, Web Application Firewall, Multi Factor Authentication, Data Rights Management, Identity Access/Privileged Access Management.4Cloud security capabilities and possible interfaces with on-prem security solutions.5 Ability to gather business requirements; select, test, and implement tools and applications.6 Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.7Responsive, problem-solving orientation and ability to build strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders.8 Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.+Administrative, presentation, project management skills and the ability to manage multiple task.10Experience in leading teams of varying sizes Professional Attributes : 1 Strong analytical skill with a structured problem-solving approach 2 Effective communicator with great interpersonal skills and the ability to be credible with clients 3 Strong project/program management experience 4 Demonstrated creativity in complex problem solving and ability to work under pressure Educational Qualification : Bachelors or above degree in a related field or equivalent full-time course.
