Job Title: Security Analyst L4

• Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Security Analyst L4 to manage, prioritize, and coordinate response to Security incidents through the delivery and operation of a Security Operations Centre (SOC) staffed 24x7.
The ideal candidate will react to and resolve security incidents derived from events and alerts using tools provided by the customer and coordinated across Contractor personnel and local customer IT resources.
This role requires strong leadership and communications skills, as well as those skills required to be a senior SOC analyst.
The selected candidate will drive significant incident review meetings and continuous improvement with the customer.
They will also supervise the activity of the SOC team, train and assess the SOC team, manage the escalation process, and review incident reports.
In addition, this role involves developing and executing crisis communication plans to stakeholders, running compliance reports, and supporting the audit process.
The successful candidate will measure SOC performance metrics and communicate the value of security operations.
They will highlight gaps in SOPs to L3 Analyst / Shift Lead.
