Job Description
The Site Risk Analyst (Security Guard) plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring and protecting property, assets, and personnel.
This involves patrolling designated areas, responding to security incidents, enforcing policies, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations to deter and detect security threats, prevent unauthorized access, and provide a visible presence to reassure staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
• Patrolling:
Regularly patrol designated areas to ensure the security and integrity of the site.
• Surveillance:
Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance systems to detect and respond to security incidents.
• Access Control:
Enforce access control measures to prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Incident Response and Reporting:
Respond to security incidents and report them to senior management.
• Enforcement:
Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
• Emergency Procedures:
Develop and implement emergency procedures to ensure the safety of staff and visitors in case of an emergency.
• Safety Inspections:
Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Communication:
Communicate effectively with staff, visitors, and other stakeholders to provide a secure and welcoming environment.
• Vehicle Monitoring:
Monitor vehicles entering and exiting the site to ensure they are authorized and compliant with company policies.
• Training:
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in security protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
• Experience: 1-4 years in a security-related role.
• Education: Higher Secondary or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Role: Office Security Guard.
