Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Lead, located in Bangalore. The Security Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day security operations, implementing security measures, monitoring network activities, and responding to potential threats. The role entails managing application security, cybersecurity, network security, and information security. The Security Lead will also be tasked with developing and updating security protocols, leading security training initiatives for staff, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Application Security and Cybersecurity
• Experience in Network Security and Information Security
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay updated with the latest in security trends and threats
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus
