We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team in a Residential Condominium. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents and employees.
Duties:
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
- Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
- Investigate alarms or disturbances
- Create reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
- Call emergency services as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in security roles is preferred
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
- Understanding of law enforcement procedures
- Ability to handle conflicts and emergencies calmly and efficiently
- Certification in security-related fields is a plus
- Experience in loss prevention is beneficial
