We are looking for a Security Officer to join us at our client site in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. In this position, you will patrol, stand guard, and monitor the area, taking immediate action if problematic situations arise. You must always be keenly aware of your surroundings and able to respond to any suspicious or unlawful behavio. You will need to be a car driver and have a full UK licence.
As a Security Officer you are an integral part of the team and you can make an impact with your skills to protect, deter and respond to any security matters, whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.

A typical day in the life as a Security Officer:
• Provide excellent customer service and be able to deal with situations in a calm and professional manner.
• Communicate professionally and confidently to all staff members across the site at all levels.
• Monitor your surroundings for any suspicious activity whilst covering the security access point for Eisai and patrol buildings within complex.
• Be able to report all HSSE issues and escalate when required.
• Adhere to all company procedures and Assignment Instructions / SOP
• Remain in compliance with the site, and HSSE regulations.
• Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and visitors.
• Able to liaise with external agencies.
• Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues.
• Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, and accident investigations.
• Be able to act as an ****** to employees or visitors if required.
