As an unarmed Security Officer at DK Security, your duties may vary depending on the site you are working. This opening is at local hospital and is highly customer service focused.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Include But Are Not Limited To
• PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: As an unarmed Security Officer at DK Security, your duties are determined by the client location. Some responsibilities may include:
• Access Control - Ensure only authorized individuals are given access to the site. This could be based on appointments, ID cards, magnatometers, etc.
• Patrolling - Walk the interior and/or exterior of the various buildings on the site, keeping an eye out for security, safety, or maintenance issues.
• Camera Monitoring - Monitor CCTV for safety and security concerns across the site.
• Customer Service - Always enforce rules and policies through de-escalation techniques and ensuring quality customer service in every interaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
