Key Responsibilities
Represent Certis professionally at a wide range of events
Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring public safety
Conduct security patrols, crowd control, and ****** duties
Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies
De-escalate conflict situations calmly and confidently
Maintain accurate incident reports and logs

What You’ll Need
✅ Valid ACT Security Licence with Crowd Control endorsement
✅ First Aid & CPR Certificate
✅ RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Previous customer service or security experience (preferred, not essential)
