Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
- Effectively communicate information about our services.
- Answer customer queries in a professional manner.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Update and maintain customer information in the database.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle objections and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Requirements:
- Good command over English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, internet usage, etc.).
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Previous tele-calling or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
