Summary
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Full-time security Agent
Join our Security Team as a Security Agent. This role involves providing safety and wellbeing to our colleagues, guests and visitors, also ensuring the maintenance of a safe and enjoyable environment within the Hotel.
What is expected of me in this role?
Daily tasks of opening and securing zones, elevators, escalators etc.
Foot patrol within and along the perimeter of the hotel.
Assist in Emergency response (fire, medical etc.) and fire watch.
Computerized Report Writing
Dealing with any disturbances in the hotel impacting safety and security of guests and colleagues.
Managing lost and found of items within the hotel building.
Conduct various monthly inspection such as AED, Duress Alarms, and Fire Extinguishers etc.
Assisting in Valet Service, Packing and Delivering Overnight Room Service Food Orders, Assisting in Baggage Services etc.
Shifts will be mostly available on weekends and schedule will include morning, evening and overnight shifts.
Valid work authorization for Canada
Qualifications – External
Valid individual security license from the Alberta Solicitor General’s Office.
Valid class 5 driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years Canadian Driving History. Clean Driver's Abstract must be provided upon selection.
Valid First Aid and CPR Certification on the date of joining
