Role & responsibilities
Responsible for Handover and Takeover of AEPs
Processes application of AEPs as per the guidelines and ensures no operational loss
Ensures the minimum standards for staff recruitment in coordination with HR
Arranges background checks of all AGILE Airport Services Private Limited staff recruited
Arranges, and imparts AVSEC Awareness trains periodically
Monitors the activities of all staff
Ensures rotation of staff deployment for various duties
Coordination with the Airline Security in Charge, ASG, APSU, BCAS, and CSO of the Airport Operator
Brings awareness to AGILE Airport Services Private Limited staff on bomb threats
Random frisks of the cleaning staff by the Security Coordinator in order to ensure restriction on prohibited items.
The Security Coordinator of the AGILE Airport Services Private Limited shall ensure that constant surveillance shall be maintained on all AGILE Airport Services Private Limited personnel working in and around the aircraft, until departure of the flight.
The Security Coordinator of the AGILE Airport Services Private Limited shall educate and ensure that whenever the trans-shipment cargo is handled by their loaders, they are not involved in undesirable activities such as pilferage, or theft
If Any staff involved in any undesirable activities, proper action should be taken against him which may include penal action, black lists of the staff.
Educates the loaders handling high-value cargo, the importance of cargo, the importance of maintaining care and secure handling of such cargo under proper supervision from the point where it is accepted to be handed over to the right person
Ensures proper display of AEPS, subjects themselves to frisks, and refrains from being involved in any other undesirable activities in the aircraft maintenance area. (o) The Security coordinator of the AGILE Airport Services Private Limited shall also ensure that the drivers or accompanying staff in the vehicle are not using the vehicle to transport prohibited items or banned or contraband items
The Security Coordinator needs to ensure that the character and antecedents verification of the AGILE Airport Services Private Limited staff and other staff (Indians) will be done through state police/intelligence agencies
The Security Coordinator needs to ensure that No foreign national shall be deployed by AGILE Airport Services Private Limited at the airports and in the airline office in India without prior security clearance from the appropriate authority
Must be adaptable and flexible to work in rotation shift as per organisation requirements.
Ensures that proper records of background checks of all employees deployed by AGILE Airport Services Private Limited in India shall be maintained. Such records shall be produced by the security officer of the AGILE Airport Services Private Limited or of the airlines to the BCAS inspect officers on demand as and when required
Preferred candidate profile
Graduation/Postgraduate preferred
1-2 Years of experience in field of Back office/Admin
NCC/Ex-Army person is preferred
Local Language is a must.
Candidate who can join on urgent basis is preffered.
