Position: Estate Security Officer
Salary: £31,1+5 + bonus + great benefits package

Position Overview:
As an Estate Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the residents' and visitors' safety and well-being while contributing to a community that values excellence, security, and refined living. The role requires a high level of self-presentation, customer service, and communication skills, which are essential, along with a positive/helpful attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with the Security Officers in your team to ensure all Security records during your shifts are kept up to date
• Assist the Estate Security Manager/Team Leaders in developing and sharing 'best practice' and use of systems and tools to improve service effectiveness
• Complete patrols internally and externally
• Use CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Systems following SOP's
• Proficiently use all relevant surveillance and communications equiptment
• To be trained and use body camera during your shift
About You:
• SiA and CCTV SIA licence required
• At least 2 years experience in Corporate or Estate Security and customer service
• Immaculate presentation and outstanding communication skills (You are the face of our Estate)
• Physically fit to complete patrols
• Friendly, profession and courteous demeanour
