Responsibilities:
• Maintain Safety: Ensure a safe and secure environment by implementing and enforcing management security policies at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital.
• Supervise Security Team: Oversee the security guard force, ensuring services are provided as per hospital specifications.
• Emergency Response: Respond flexibly to a variety of emergency situations, including fire fighting and first aid.
• Schedule Management: Manage schedules for security tasks and team members efficiently.
• Daily Reporting: Prepare daily reports and maintain records of inward and outward maintenance.
• Training: Impart training on security and disaster management, CCTV monitoring, mock drills, and use of fire extinguishers and elevators to internal staff and PSA staff.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of security, fire fighting, lift operation, disaster management, parking management, key management, and CCTV monitoring.
• Collaboration: Work with senior officials to understand targets and ensure compliance.
• Supervise Outsourced Staff: Oversee the performance of outsourced security personnel to ensure adherence to standards.
Requirements:
• Educational Background: Graduate from any stream.
• Experience: Knowledge or training in handling metal detectors and experience in fire and safety is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to work accurately with an eye for detail.
• Team Player: Ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work rotational day shifts and respond to emergencies.
