Job Description
As a Security Officer with Concierge Security Services, your primary duties will include:
Providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
Maintaining a high level of visibility and awareness within the venue to prevent and respond to incidents
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of security services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
Strong customer service skills
Proactive and problem-solving mindset
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Physical fitness to perform the demands of the role
Valid QLD Security Licence
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
