Job Description:
We are urgently hiring experienced and responsible individuals for the position of Security Officer / Senior Security Supervisor / Supervisor at our site near Gandhidham, Gujarat. The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the team of security personnel for smooth security operations.
Control access to the premises and monitor entry of authorized personnel only.
Conduct regular patrols to prevent unauthorized activities or incidents.
Respond to security breaches, emergencies, and report incidents promptly.
Maintain detailed logs and reports of security activities and visitors.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
Train and guide junior security staff.
Oversee use and maintenance of security equipment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in a similar security role.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Alertness and vigilance.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of security protocols and emergency handling.
Physically fit for patrol and security duties.
