About the role

Join Our Team as a Security Officer in Bristol!

Are you a dedicated Security Officer with an SIA licence looking for a stable role with guaranteed hours? We have an exciting opportunity for you to work in a dynamic Data Centre environment in Bristol, averaging 36 hours per week across 4.5 days.

Shift Pattern:
• Week 1: Monday to Thursday Nights
• Week 2: Monday to Friday Afternoon/Evenings

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Lone Working: Confidently manage the security of the Data Centre independently, ensuring a secure environment at all times.
• Communication Skills: Use your excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and customers, providing top-notch customer service.
• Customer Service: Handle client and customer interactions professionally, ensuring their needs are met and queries are resolved promptly.
• Equipment Management: Ensure any equipment provided by the customer and Securitas is managed according to established procedures.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain all logbooks and records accurately, issue visitor/contractor passes, and handle lost property in accordance with the Assignment Instructions.

Essential Skills
• SIA Licence
• Access to vehicle/good transport links
• Prior experience as a Security Officer in the Security industry is desirable
• Must have a 5yr checkable history
• The ability to embody and uphold the Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.
