Security Receptionist
Job description
Join our team as a Security Receptionist, working 57.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 7:15 am to 6:45 pm, at our prestigious city centre site. This position offers the perfect blend of security responsibilities and front-of-house service. Join our team and be the first point of contact for our visitors, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment everyday.
• Responsible for the opening and closing of the building, including setting and unsetting the intruder alarm to ensure site security
• Monitor and verify staff and visitor passes, maintaining a secure environment by controlling access and egress to the premises
• Greet and assist visitors and employees in a professional and friendly manner, providing a high standard of customer service
• Perform general receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, handling inquiries and managing deliveries
• Ensure the front desk and reception area are tidy and presentable, reflecting a positive company image at all times
