Position: Site Manager – Healthcare Security
Location: Richmond Medical Hospital – Richmond Hill, ON
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually
Experience Required: 2–5 years in Healthcare or High-Profile Security Sites

We are currently seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee security operations at Richmond Medical Hospital, a high-profile healthcare facility.
Job Summary The Site Manager plays a vital leadership role in ensuring the security, safety, and customer service excellence of the hospital. This position requires hands-on management of daily operations, oversight of the hospital’s Control Centre, monitoring of fire and life safety systems, CCTV, and access control, as well as deployment and training of staff. The Site Manager must ensure all standing orders are strictly followed, maintain high-level customer and concierge service standards, and act as a key liaison between hospital administration and Executek International.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide leadership, coaching, and ongoing training to all security personnel.
· Deliver high-level customer service and concierge support to patients, staff, and visitors.
· Oversee Control Centre operations, including fire and life safety systems, CCTV, and access control.
· Ensure all standing orders and scheduled activities are carried out on every shift.
· Plan and manage staff schedules, attendance, and coverage.
· Complete weekly payroll accurately and on time.
· Monitor staff performance; issue commendations and disciplinary actions as needed.
· Conduct audits to ensure compliance with hospital and Executek International policies.
· Ensure all staff have completed mandatory and site-specific training.
· Document and investigate all incidents, complaints, and unusual occurrences.
· Work closely with the Client Service Manager to resolve concerns and maintain operational excellence.
· Act as a point of escalation in emergencies and high-pressure situations.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience and 3+ years in the security industry.
· Post-secondary education in law enforcement/security studies preferred.
· Knowledge of hospital standing orders, emergency response protocols, and dispatch operations.
· Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act.
· Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
· Valid First Aid & CPR Level C.
· Immunization record including MMR, Varicella, and 2-step TB test.
· Proof of 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccination.
· Superior communication (written and verbal), leadership, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with flexibility to work around the clock.
· IAHSS certification is considered an asset.
