Job Description
Configure and monitor Darktrace sensors (physical and virtual) and integrations across the network environments.
Continuously monitor network traffic and device activity for abnormal or malicious behaviours.
Tune detection models and response policies to align with the risk profile and business needs.
Investigate and triage alerts, escalate the confirmed incidents
Minor patch management upgrades
Initiate automated or guided incident response actions to contain threats in
real time.
Provide monthly service reports summarising threat activity, incident trends,
and recommendations.
Support BAU operations, including daily health checks, system maintenance, and user queries.
