About this opportunity:
We are now looking for a Security Specialist professional for our Security team.This job role is responsible for identifying,researching,prioritizing,remediating and mitigating vulnerabilities as part of the vulnerability management practice.The professional will work alongside a highly skilled,diverse team making sure that the information assets that we are responsible to protect are secured.
What you will do:
• Pen testing, Web application, API, mobile and Infra Pen testing.
• Interface with units to align requirements for PT test. Plan and handshake PT schedule with customer & stakeholders .
• Hands on experience in executing test case in manual Pen Testing.
• Creating own script for Payload for different test case scenario and simulate security breaches to test a system's security.
• Creating test lab for the zero day attacks.
• Advise methods to fix or lower security risks to IT systems.
• Administration of the PT Tool, Licenses & infrastructure.
• Drive Automation & Innovation for PT by identifying & implementing operational and technical methods for improving efficiency & quality.
• Create and maintain up-to-date documentation of designs and configurations.
• Investigate reported Vulnerabilities from researchers / reporters and provide final resolution.
• Mentor Security Engineers to improve their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Act on after hours (on-call support) for IT Security Incidents as required.
The skills you bring:
• Solid understanding of security controls (e.g. access control, auditing, authentication, encryption, integrity, physical security, and application security).
• Working knowledge of PT tools (Kali Linux, Metasploit, Burpsuite, Netsparker, Fortify, etc.).
• Strong understanding of enterprise, network, API and Mobile system and application-level security issues.
• Understanding of enterprise computing environments, distributed applications, and a strong understanding of TCP/IP networks also with available security control (technical & process control) for respective layers.
• Experience in writing technical reports and executive summaries.
• Participate in the out-of-hours on call rotation, providing technical support to the business for major and critical incidents.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Preferred certification : OSCP, OSWP,OSEP,OWSA,OWSE.
• Key Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience: 8-10 years
