Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, staff, and assets.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding swiftly to security breaches or incidents.
• Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant stakeholders during security emergencies.
• Conduct patrols of the premises to deter criminal activity and ensure adherence to security protocols.
• Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation.
• Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches, and prepare comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations.
• Develop and implement security training programs for security personnel.
• Ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of all security equipment (CCTV, access control systems, alarms).
• Schedule and oversee the work of security guards, assigning duties and ensuring they follow all protocols.
• Enforce all safety and security rules and regulations.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with the public, staff, and law enforcement.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a security supervisor role or related field.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and enforcing security procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in operating security technology (CCTV, access control systems, alarms) a plus.
