Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Security Systems Installation Technician to deliver top-notch service by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting home alarm and automation systems. Your mission will be to ensure customers experience the utmost confidence and satisfaction in their security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install security alarm systems, including control panels, sensors, and cameras.
• Engage with customers during sales consultations to understand their needs and recommend tailored security solutions.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with security systems, implementing effective solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive testing of installed systems, ensuring all components function correctly.
• Educate customers on the operation and benefits of their security systems, fostering comfort and confidence.
• Complete installation reports and service documentation accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
• Stay informed on the latest security technologies and industry standards to provide exceptional service.
Qualifications for Success:
• Possess basic tools required for the job.
• Experience with installing and maintaining alarm systems, with proficiency in troubleshooting.

Requirements:
• Valid driver's license and a driving history that meets company standards.
• Auto insurance coverage in accordance with company policies.
• Ability to obtain an alarm agent permit as required by law.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Demands:
The role of Installation Technician requires meeting certain physical requirements to ensure safety and high-quality installations. Candidates will be evaluated during the hiring process based on:
• Prolonged periods of standing and the ability to climb ladders and navigate tight spaces.
