Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Security Systems Operations Manager to oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and optimization of our physical and electronic security systems. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, compliance, and effectiveness of security infrastructure while leading operational teams and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of technical expertise, operational leadership, and risk awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of security systems including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, alarm monitoring, and related platforms.
Ensure continuous availability, performance, and integrity of security systems across all facilities.
Lead and supervise security systems technicians and operations staff.
Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and incident response protocols.
Monitor system alerts, investigate incidents, and coordinate timely resolution.
Collaborate with IT, facilities, and security teams to support integrated security solutions.
Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and system upgrades.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and internal security policies.
Track KPIs, prepare operational reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support audits, risk assessments, and business continuity planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in security systems operations, physical security, or related technical roles.
Hands-on experience with access control systems, video surveillance, and alarm technologies.
Proven leadership experience managing technical or operations teams.
Strong understanding of security compliance standards and risk management principles.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.
Relevant certifications (CPP, PSP, CISSP, or manufacturer-specific certifications) are a plus.

Pay: $135,000.00 per year
