Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Security/Concierge Officer at G4S in Darlington. The Security/Concierge Officer will be responsible for providing concierge services, handling reservations, communication, receptionist duties, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
• Concierge Services, Reservations, and Communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Previous experience in security or customer-facing roles is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
