Introduction
• Work as team member in an international group of integration experts with the opportunity, to learn, exchange know how and do 4-eyes-principle

Overview
• Basis Support for SEEBURGER BIS
• Serve any type of technical interface / integration demand (creation, changes, decommissioning) with central ams OSRAM integration platform SEEBURGER BIS from technical perspective, like B2B/EDI, A2A/MFT, API or scenarios with mixed integration patterns

Tasks
• Handling of inquiries from internal + external customers via Ticket System (e.g. questions, issues, new configuration)
• Support SEEBURGER BIS Basis Activities (e.g. Updates, Corrections)
• Align on technical interface / integration demand with colleagues from internal business departments or IT solutions and external partners or service providers
• Gather details like timeline, technical contacts, guidelines, parameter sheets, certificates and sample data

Concept
• Create concept for configuration (e.g. communication, security) and mapping / translation as preparation for realization
• Recommend usage of SEEBURGER BIS Apps to users (e.g. Message Tracking), to avoid recurring manual effort for integration team
• Align on concept with internal requestor and align on approval
• Align with SEEBURGER BIS solution architect colleagues on non-standard demand or GAPs and demand with higher volume (e.g. number of transactions, data size)

Realization
• Create mapping / translation incl. inline documentation in SEEBURGER BIC Mapping Designer or SEEBURGER BIS Mapping Designer for any kind of data format (e.g. ANSI.X12, EDIFACT, CSV, IDoc, XML, JSON, Inhouse, AVRO, SQL) based on demand or guideline and perform component testing
• Create or organize configuration in SEEBURGER BIS Front-end or SEEBURGER BIS Masterdata Navigator and perform component testing, like technical communication or workflow (“Entities”)
• Perform full testing of complete interface / integration
• Handover interface to internal requestor and align on approval
• Create or update documentation (external documentation)
• Perform resp. organize Go Live activities, like move configuration and mapping from test environment to production environment

Hypercare
• Perform hypercare on interfaces (e.g. on bad performance, errors or certificate renewal)

Teamwork
• Join temporary project teams and align with project team members on status
• Join Integration Team Jour Fix and align with team colleagues on status and potential difficulties
• Align with Integration Team colleagues and effected project teams on absence and perform handover of open issues to team colleagues
• Report issues with platform to SEEBURGER BIS solution architect colleagues (e.g. unexpected behavior, errors, room for improvements)
