Job Description
• Timely and accurate delivery of client reporting, regulatory and reporting to tax accountants.
• Manage the billing function and be a key point of contact for billing function automation
• Ensure timely response to client queries related to billing and taxation
• Ensure timely response to regulator related to regulatory reporting
• Keeping update d knowledge of any regulatory changes or directives
• To manage timely processing of tax certificate with accuracy
• Manage all incoming message control activities and end of day reconciliation
• To support and lead system issues and projects
• Support independent reconciliation unit and arrange to resolve any reconciliation breaks
• Ensure compliance of both internal and regulatory policy/process requirement
• Being key point of contract for operational risk management of securities services operations
• Manage timely payment of tax to tax authority
Our Ideal Candidate
• Preferably business graduate from a renowned institute.
• Primary level of understanding on banking products, operations, policies, regulations, and risk control
• Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel & Power Point etc.
• Knowledge on capital market instruments, cash flows and market practices in securities trading.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, to deal with international clients & different units of the bank.
