The Role Responsibilities Purpose:Own, define, and deliver data architecture solutions for HR in line with SCB standards, reference architectures, and industry best practices. Key roles and responsibilities:
• Work with product owner, data architects, business, and technology teams to own, define, shape and deliver fit for purpose data architecture and solutions for HR and for specific use cases.
• Ensure that the solutions are compliant with the SCB Standards for Data Privacy, Data Management, and Data Quality.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that the solutions are delivered to meet expected business outcomes with the right quality and user experience in a timely manner.
• Ensure that architecture, technology, and delivery risks are proactively identified and mitigated.
• Ensure strong collaboration, understanding, and alignment with the teams regarding data architecture.

• Understanding of Analytics service models and technology platforms
• Jira, Confluence, Trello
• Advanced MS Office Suite Skills including SharePoint
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• 10-18 years of experience out of which 3-5 years should be as data solution designer preferably in Human Resources. Banking domain experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently, handle abstraction and ambiguity, move things forward, including guiding the teams forward on concrete actions and next steps despite challenges and time constraints.
• Sound knowledge of data platform capabilities like Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Marts, Business Intelligence, Data Science including best practices.
• Ability to articulate and evaluate multiple architectural options, with pros, cons, trade-offs, and secure acceptance and buy-in around the recommended solution.
• Hand-on experience to proactively identify and mitigate practical issues and challenges solutions should be innovative but practical and fit for purpose, and not be driven purely by the latest fad.
• Strong in stakeholder management and communication.
