Training Functional Responsibilities: 1. Achievement of AOP 2. Portfolio quality as defined in Business Plan 3. RO Productivity 4. Hiring as per budgeted number 5. Process adherence 6. Compliance 7. Crossell 8. Branch Profitability +. Employee activation 10. Rejection review Competencies required for role ; 1. Understanding of Key Business Metrics 2. Stakeholder Management 3. Customer Service 4.
