About the Role:
As our marketing leader, you'll take charge of large-budget, multi-platform campaigns that reach global audiences. We're looking for someone who understands how to scale performance, test aggressively, and iterate quickly to optimize returns.
What You’ll Do:
Design and execute high-budget digital ad strategies across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Manage daily ad spend at scale with a sharp eye on performance metrics.
Continuously test and optimize creative, audience, and channel strategy to maximize ROAS and minimize CAC.
Translate data insights into actionable marketing tactics.
Collaborate with in-house product, design, content, and engineering teams.
Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, ad policies, and emerging digital trends.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
Proven success managing campaigns with significant daily budgets.
Mastery of key performance metrics: ROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV, CTR, etc.
Experience in tech, SaaS, or B2B marketing is a strong plus.
Creative mindset paired with analytical rigor.
Excellent communication skills and a self-starter attitude.
Comfortable working remotely and independently in a fast-paced environment.
