Our goal is to consistently deliver high-quality videos that engage, inspire, and grow our audience. We already have a massive amount of raw footage ready to be transformed into compelling YouTube content.
We need a video editor who is:
• Autonomous and performance-driven – Always striving to exceed expectations.
• Sharp and communicative – Clear, direct, and proactive in all interactions.
• Highly reliable – Committed to deadlines
Video Style and Tone
The video edits should be sharp, engaging, and maintain a fast-paced rhythm to match the energetic and ambitious tone of our team.
Script and Storyboard
- Review and organize the provided raw footage.
- Edit videos to align with the strategic vision of the brand.
- Incorporate creative storytelling with cliffhangers to enhance viewer retention.
The Process
To ensure the best fit, we require a paid test assignment for selected candidates. This will help us evaluate editing style, attention to detail, and overall ability to meet our expectations.
Compensation & Growth
We currently offer $150 per video, but this role has the potential to grow into a much larger opportunity. As our brand expands, we are looking for someone who can grow with us; meaning that the right person will see their compensation and role evolve alongside our success.
