We are in the final stages of prototyping our product for guitar players / musicians and are looking for a knowledgeable professional to assist us in preparing our 7 STL files for production. Specifically, we need guidance on:

Selecting production-quality materials (e.g., ABS, nylon, etc.) for each part to ensure a balance between quality and cost-effectiveness.

Developing diagrams for inserts/threads to ensure durability and precision during production.

Ensuring the final product matches our prototype design while optimizing for mass production.

The goal is to create a legit replica of our prototype using the most cost-effective materials and processes.

If you have expertise in 3D printing, injection molding, or CNC machining, and material selection, we would love to work with you.
