Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer at PROMPT PACKWAYS in Ahmedabad. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing maintenance, repair, and technical support for industrial packaging and material handling equipment. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting, conducting inspections, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring equipment efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
• Technical skills in equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of industrial packaging and material handling systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with customer service and client interactions
• Relevant certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
