We are a Logistics business who service a host of industries with long haul, multi drop B2B, C2C.
## Service Requirement Headline
Carry out service in line with TGB policies and procedures, ensuring accurate data is reported and following best practices.
## Delivery Associate Role
- Able to travel to and from depot
- Load and unload goods safely from van
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure maximum effort when attempting deliveries
- Proceed with designated route as per handheld device navigation
- Providing safe deliveries while being respectful of delivery locations
- Report any incidents and ensure strong communications with TGB
- Provide a high level of customer service when with TGB's clients/partners, as well as the end clients (The customers who you will be delivering too)
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
• Requirements
- Proof of Identification
- Must have Full UK driving license with maximum of 6 points (No active IN, DR or TT codes)
- Able to pass a drug and ******* test
- Able to lift packages up to 23kg
- Able to use handheld device and deliver as per service levels set
• Rates
- Day Rate of £117.00 (after deduction for van hire)
- Performance Bonus
- Seasonal Incentives
• TGB Offering
- Variety of routes and flexibility
- Safety workwear (Excluding Safety Boots)
- Fuel card provided to fuel van for route
- Remote support
- Offer of accounting services in partnership with Wise/Beamin, with many additional benefits, such as digital GP services, free prescriptions, family days out vouchers, mental health support.
