Self-Employed Driver (part-time)
DriiveMe is looking for drivers to move cars and vans from A to B - driven or transported!
Are you looking for an opportunity as a professional driver that allows you to work according to your own schedule, and involves UK wide travel?
About DriiveMe
• European leader in vehicle movements (present in UK, France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Germany)
• We move vehicles all around the UK for our clients (dealerships, leasing companies, car rental firms and private individuals)
• Network of self-employed drivers who work entirely to their own schedules
• Fully digital vehicle movement solution via our website and companion app
Who are we looking for?
• Those who enjoy driving and having flexible working hours
• Bonus if you have insured 1-car trailers or beavertails for transported moves
• Professional and reliable individuals who want to deliver a high-quality service
• There is no obligation to accept a minimum amount of driving jobs
• Those who are looking to earn additional income on a part-time basis
• Many of our drivers see driving jobs as an opportunity to travel and visit new places across the UK whilst getting paid for it!
What can you expect?
• Book, carry out and finish jobs on your own schedule and timings
• Collect and deliver vehicles across the UK, and either return with another job or make your own way home via public transport
• Transparent and market leading remuneration based on movement mileage (£20-£300+ per job)
• Invoices paid three times a month
• Reimbursement of all fuel/toll expenses
• Fully comprehensive insurance cover included for every movement
• 30-minute sign up process
• Potential to access trade plates quickly and therefore more jobs!
What are the requirements?
• Age between 25 and 74 years (insurance conditions)
• Full UK driving licence with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience (no more than 6 minor points and no major convictions in the last 5 years)
• Ideally registered as self-employed
• Set up to complete self-assessment tax returns (or planning to)
• Data-enabled Android or IOS smartphone
