Position Name : - Sell In Manager
Required Position :- 4(Four)
Location :- Jaipur/Jodhpur
Position Level :- In-charge
Job Preference
Required Qualification : - MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing Highly Preferred
Required Experience : - 3 – 8 Year (Min. 2-3 Yr working as Team Leader Role need to apply)
Age Preference :- Not more than 35 Year
Industry Preference :- Telecom Product Industry Highly Preferred
Professional Knowledge Requirement
• To manage Primary and secondary sales as set by zone sales manager.
• Distribution management and material handling.
• Strategic planning and implementation of effective sales in assigned territory.
• Managing and Handling Distribution activities like warehousing, purchase order, smooth and on time transportation.
• To maintain the WOD coverage & penetration level (DOD) based on company strategy & competition
• To maintain the stock level as per company Guidelines & market requirements
• Ensuring Liaising in between distributors and retailers for effective sales process
• Define & update the WOD category management on regular basis
• Ensure all the Company Policies execution at distribution level for internal & market (Market Hygiene & Standards)
• Submit the business Improvement plan on Monthly basis & update summary on weekly basis for the same
• Prepare the advance requirement & investment for KA
