Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Seller to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. Duties
Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through research and outreach
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Conduct detailed analysis of client needs and market trends to tailor sales strategies effectively
Present products and services persuasively, demonstrating their value to potential clients
Utilise Salesforce CRM system to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales progress
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions that meet client requirements
Prepare compelling proposals and quotations aligned with client needs
Follow up on leads and proposals promptly to maximise conversion rates
Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and client interactions
Experience
Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights effectively
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a professional demeanour
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment
Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently
