About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
2. Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails
3. Presenting our company to potential clients
Who can apply:
1. Graduate from a recognized university/college
2. Candidates should have a minimum one-year sales, technical, product, and/or customer support experience; fresher are also welcome
3. Candidates must have computer savvy (knows their way around an e-commerce platform, able to use a smartphone and laptop)
4. Impeccable communication and confidence in written interactions (English) Candidates should be able to interject their personalities while communicating without sounding unprofessional
5. A positive and -people first- attitude - you take on new challenges with a smile, even under pressure
6. Strong organizational skills with a fine-tuned attention to detail
7. Candidates should manage the time well and never miss an email
8. Experience with support software and CRM tools would be preferred
