About the Role
As our Creative Director and Graphics Designer, you’ll lead the creative process from concept to execution. This includes conducting research, crafting shot lists, and collaborating with photographers, 3D render artists, and leveraging AI-generated copy. You’ll design high-converting assets such as hero images, infographics, A+/EBC content, and Amazon Store designs.
Key Responsibilities
• Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to inform content strategies.
• Creative Execution: Create compelling visuals hands-on, including hero images, infographics, and A+/EBC content.
• Collaboration: Work with photographers, 3D artists, and copywriters to produce cohesive content.
• Brand Development: Shape product development with brand-aligned aesthetics and packaging.
• Project Management: Manage timelines, workflows, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Optimization: Stay updated on Amazon trends and ensure all assets adhere to platform best practices.
About You

• Design Expert: Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) with a portfolio showcasing Amazon or e-commerce content.

Qualifications
• Experience as a Creative Director or Graphic Designer in e-commerce, consumer products, or branding.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon marketplace and listing optimization.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end creative processes.
• Prior private label or Amazon agency experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-generated copy and integrating it into visual content.
